Hello there, dear meows!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve written anything here! Been caught up with the work life, meaning my actual jobby job, which was seasonal by the way, and now that it’s done, I can finally sit back and take some time for MEOW. As in ME. But first, let me share with you the past 8 months of my life…

I was hired back in March of this year (2017) at the historic Los Angeles landmark, The Hollywood Bowl for its Spring/Summer concert season to work as one of the Chefs at The Backyard Grill. I had the pleasure of working beside some amazing people, experienced stellar music by not only The LA Philharmonic, but some of the industry’s finest performers such as, Janet Jackson, Tony Bennett, Queen, Depeche Mode, and the late, great Tom Petty, just to name a few. 😉Needless to say, it has been a year to remember for so many reasons. I’ve learned so much about my craft and it has made me want to continue to pursue my passions even more. A very inspiring experience. ✨

So now that the season’s over, I can now focus on the things I love and put much needed time and energy towards bringing things to fruition. Mystic Meals is something dear to my heart because through it I can combine all of the things I enjoy, not just in the culinary realm, but in the entertainment industry, too. I love to be creative and spend my time around other creative meows making strides in their own pursuits for their dreams. Again, very inspiring!

As this year comes to a close, my hope is to continue making my dreams become a reality and not really worry about or question too much how this will happen. 2018 will no doubt be a very interesting year full of many surprises, twists and turns. All I know is that it’s time. That’s all that keeps going through my head these days. Those two words. IT’S TIME. Time to move forward with all the things that have been on hold, this blog included, which I have missed writing very much!

That being said, I have a few upcoming projects in the works, one of which will be on YouTube within the month of December which I am very excited about! So be on the lookout for my collab with the outrageously gorgeous and ridiculously talented Burgandi Phoenix who not only is one of my dearest meows, but is also a brilliant and expressive writer! Thank you meows so much for being patient with me as I go along with this crazy thing called life. Looking forward to all the madness to come. It’s time!!!
