Hello, dear meows!

With all that’s going on around us, one of the things that always brings me back to my center is cooking. I enjoy eating all different types of cuisine ( cause I’m a slob and love to eat… 😜 ) and can sometimes be a creature of habit as far as the foods I prepare. I’m constantly leaning into creating something familiar with a twist.

I always have cabbage on hand cause a little goes a long way and I like to incorporate it in various forms. With this Pork Schnitzel dish I wanted to play with the ol’ Pork Chops n’ Apple Sauce idea since I love sweet & savory meals. The vinegary cabbage is offset by the sweetness of the apples. And of course you can never go wrong with Mashed Potatoes! Below is the video showing you meows how it all came together…

Lemme tell ya, the flavor combination was everything. The Schnitzel was crispy & juicy, the Braised Cabbage, Apples, & Onions were divine, the Mashed Potatoes with that Garlic Parsley Butter was insane, and with a squeeze of Lemon? Legit. Absolutely fantastic!

So there you have it, folks! Another Mystic Meals extravaganza that’s so quick and easy to prepare. Just always remember to add that TLC and you’ll always have happy bellies. 😉 I hope you get to make some soon! Until we eat again… Bone meow petit! 😹
